By accessing or using the Howdyfeel mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be fully responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use & Community Standards

Howdyfeel is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment. You agree to use the App respectfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in bullying, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or exploitation of others
• Share content that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Zero Tolerance Policy

Howdyfeel has zero tolerance for:

• Objectionable content
• Abusive, harmful, or exploitative behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

5. Enforcement & User Suspension

We actively monitor and moderate the platform to protect users.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users

This may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the community.

6. Reporting Violations

Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour through in-app reporting tools or by contacting:

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Mental Health Support Partners

Howdyfeel may provide access to third-party mental health services (e.g., Samaritans).

We do not share your personal data with these partners unless you explicitly choose to engage with them.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howdyfeel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the App
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access
• Third-party content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howdyfeel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms

12. Children's Safety & Data Protection

Howdyfeel is designed with user safety and data protection in mind. We:

• Implement safeguards aligned with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code
• Minimise data collection
• Apply high privacy settings by default
• Provide tools to report harmful content and behaviour

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
